WHL Design Group partnered with the management team at PARC 160 to lead a comprehensive revitalization of the property, aiming to enhance both its aesthetic appeal and functionality. As part of the transformation, the property underwent a complete rebranding, including the adoption of a new name and visual identity to better reflect its updated image and direction. WHL played a key role in reimagining and redesigning the common areas and leasing offices, creating refreshed, welcoming spaces for residents and staff alike. In addition, the team carefully selected updated interior finishes for the residential units, ensuring a cohesive design language throughout the community that aligns with modern standards and resident expectations. The result is a more vibrant and contemporary living environment that supports the property’s repositioning in the market.
