This corporate office project, completed a few years ago here in Las Vegas, was designed for a client undergoing a significant transition as they relocated their headquarters to a new space. The goal from the outset was to create an environment that balanced professionalism with personality—one that reflected both the company’s evolving brand identity and its desire to foster a more inspiring and productive workplace for its team.

The client envisioned a space that incorporated subtle industrial elements—such as exposed olumns, metal finishes, and clean architectural lines—while also introducing a sense of luxury and warmth through natural materials and refined details. We carefully selected a mix of textures and tones, blending concrete and steel with warm woods, soft textiles, and elegant lighting to strike that perfect balance. The result is a sophisticated, modern office that feels both grounded and elevated.
In addition to aesthetics, functionality was key. We designed open work areas, collaborative zones, and private offices with flexibility in mind—supporting a variety of working styles and future growth. The integration of biophilic elements like greenery and natural light helped enhance employee well-being and bring a sense of calm into the space.
