With over twenty years of experience Larry is CEO of WHL Design Group and is responsible for business development, management and the creative direction of WHL’s design studio. Larry contributes extensive knowledge to the production of the firm’s diverse interior projects that are prepared with a commitment to integrity and quality design. He is currently involved with the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association (BOMA) as well as being a regular adjunct faculty at UNLV’s Interior Design Program.

As president of WHL Design Group, Carol has over twenty years of experience in the interior design industry. Carol is responsible for all phases of design development, project deliverables and project coordination, as well as the training and supervision of all designers. Carol has a strong computer programming background that enhances the firm’s design ideas while utilizing the latest technology.

Natalie is a Principal at WHL Design Group and has over fifteen years of experience in the interior design industry.  Natalie is responsible for the management and creative direction of our design team, in addition to quality control on the production of many diverse interior design projects. She is in the process of getting her LEED certification. She is also a faculty member at The Art Institute of Las Vegas and International Academy of Design and Technology.

Jackie Salas is an Interior Designer for Ward Howes Lyden Design Group. She joined the firm in 2006 and has since demonstrated a tremendous talent for creating exceptional designs. Jackie’s strengths include balancing aesthetics along with staying attentive to the cost and technical needs of each project. She also has a remarkable ability to produce realistic hand renderings and is comfortable using technology to develop and demonstrate design concepts for clients. Fluent in Spanish and born in Los Angeles, Jackie relocated to Las Vegas in 2003 to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree (Interior Design & Architecture). While attending UNLV, her design work was prominently displayed at the “UNLV Annual Student Studio Project Exhibition” in 2004 and 2005. Jackie is currently working towards her NCIDQ certification

Cassandra Mattice is the Administration and Procurement Coordinator for Ward Howes Lyden Design Group. She joined the firm in 2008 and has an undisputable talent for detail and multi tasking. Cassandra manages the day to day operations of the business and design resources as well as manages the websites and all virtual communications. Bringing her legal background and experiences to the company, she is effective in budgeting, vendor and labor negotiations and the entire procurement and expediting process that are intricate and time sensitive in the design process. Cassandra is originally from Orange County, CA and studied at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, CA before relocation to Las Vegas.
